Costing/Reserves

Following our initial environmental site assessment, ESRS™ environmental solutions provides an estimated cost to completion to allow our clients to have an idea of the scope of damages and the costs required to conduct our environmental remediation.

Litigation Support (Environmental Protection Act)

Section 93.(1) states: "the owner of a pollutant and the person having control of a pollutant that is spilled and that causes or is likely to cause an adverse effect shall forthwith do everything practicable to prevent, eliminate and ameliorate the adverse effects and to restore the natural environment."

Environmental Solutions® remediation services provides the expertise and experience to eliminate environmental impacts prior to any adverse effects taking place.

Section 91.(1) states that the natural environment must be restored, in all forms, to the state existing immediately before the spill.

ESRS™ environmental solutions directs and controls all activities that take place on site and determines effective alternative that will be cost effective.

Weekly Cost Reserve Updates

Every Monday morning, ESRS™ environmental solutions will fax to clients update reports of costs incurred to date and reserving details.
